As the office manager since 1998, Carol considers the practice and its patients a part of her family. She thrives on the camaraderie and pride of working in a state-of-the art dental practice.

Carol is a member of the American Association of Dental Office Managers, and she uses this network to share resources and ideas to keep the practice on the leading edge of patient satisfaction.
When she's not working, Carol is with her husband and her American Eskimo dog. She and her husband love golfing, playing tennis and traveling to see their son in Las Vegas.
Liz is a master of detail when it comes to administrative duties. Since 2005, she has handled a multitude of day-to-day tasks involved with keeping the office humming along. She has attended numerous seminars and industry workshops to maintain the highest standards of customer service and administrative excellence.
Liz enjoys working in the dental field and with patients of all ages.
She is a native of Virginia and graduated from Radford University with a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management.
Mary Louise is a veteran of the dental industry, with 43 years experience. In 1994 she joined the team helping with administrative duties.
She became interested in dentistry during high school while training with an orthodontist and general dentist. She enjoys helping people and considers our patients an extension of her family.
She loves working with her hands, and enjoys knitting, quilting, as well as baking and gardening. Mary Louise has a daughter and a son, and has been blessed with three granddaughters, two grandsons and one great-grandson.
Diane has been with Dr. Bentz as a Registered Hygienist since 1996, graduating from Montgomery County Community College in 1993. She loves her profession and all things related to health and wellness.
She is a member of the American Dental Hygiene Association, Pennsylvania Dental Hygiene Association, and the Montgomery Bucks County Hygiene Board serving as the Vice President and PR liaison of Community Dentistry. She donates her time to community events like "Sealant Saturdays". Diane has compassion for her patients and educates them on the importance of dental health.
When she is not taking care of patients, Diane enjoys organic gardening, exercise, and gluten free cooking.
Megan joined the team in 2010. She is a graduate of Montgomery County Community College where she served as President of her dental hygiene class. Megan is a member of the American Dental Hygienists Association and volunteers at a local dental clinic.
Megan spends her spare time scrapbooking, dancing and spending time with family and friends.
Megan loves working with Dr. Bentz because "the staff is so passionate about what they do and they care about their patients like they are family".
Certified Dental Assistant
Tabitha joined Dr. Bentz in 2004 as a Certified Dental Assistant, eager to work with a team that delivers optimum care through advanced dentistry.
Tabitha is a lifelong learner who is committed to mastering new techniques and technologies. She has taken advanced courses at the Las Vegas Institute and the Institute for Natural Dentistry. She also has attended courses for innovative procedures including Teeth-in-a-Day, Teeth-in-an-Hour, and Implant Guided Surgery at the Institute for Facial Esthetics.
Tabitha loves gardening, cooking, baking and volunteering in the local community. She also enjoys sports and any kind of outdoor activity. Most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Dental Assistant/ Lab Technician
Kristine has been in the dental field since 1985 and has been with Dr. Bentz since 2005. She has taken numerous continuing education courses including the latest advancements in dental lab technology, dental CT scanning, and OSHA guidelines.
"What I like most about my job is seeing the patients reaction to their dental work, whether it's just a simple filling or a complete dental rehab. To know that I made a difference in someone's smile makes me feel good."
When she isn't working, Kristine enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. Kristine and her husband Brian have a beautiful Cavalier King Charles puppy, Oliver.
On-Site Independent Dental Lab Ceramist
John has over 35 years experience in the dental lab industry, with advanced training in implant prosthetics, removable prosthetics, crown and bridge, and cosmetics. He utilizes CAD/CAM technology and laser welding for precision. This technology allows John to minimize patient chair time to expedite treatment. He has taken numerous courses to maintain the highest level of excellence, working with the most advanced materials and technology for craftsmanship of exquisite, natural-looking restorations.

A military veteran, John has served in the United States Air Force. He spends his free time hiking with his dog.
